Although Jesus had revealed and prepared His apostles for His death and resurrection, after His death the disciples still lacked understanding and belief persisted.   In John 20:1-10 this apostle's account of Jesus’ resurrection provides his eyewitness testimony of what he saw and his testimony of his ultimate understanding and belief of what Jesus did for the salvation of the world.
