Opposition and God’s Timetable

In Ezra 6 we see a beautiful picture of God’s discipline of and restoration of His people, how to handle opposition to God's work and how the rededication of the Jerusalem temple anticipates the glory of God dwelling with us through Jesus Christ. This passage is very instructive and encouraging (see Romans 15:4).
