When we go through suffering and difficulties there is a temptation to withdraw from God and wonder why He stays silent while Christians suffer and the evil prosper I Peter 2:3b-9 gives three examples to assure us that He always has, is and will be active in punishing and judging the evil and rescuing and delivering the righteous.
